Strange morning, I wasn't cold when I was riding but I was cold when I was in the cafe.

It's a bit more complicated than that...
On my commute this morning I overtook a guy in shorts fully lycra'ed up. I was wearing my street clothes on a converted 90s MTB as I have a short commute, so I can only assume that his joints had frozen, I would have needed to be going flat out to keep warm wearing as little as he was.

I use these , road or MTB style .
I have really bad circulation and find these with thin gloves works for me , put it this way i took lad to school in the car this morning as it was bitter and even though i had gloves on my fingers were white
