I would like to join the fun please, last year's Whitstable outing was my first fnrttc and most enjoyable it was too.

Yet again I will have to give another FNRTTC a miss. Which is a shame, especially as Simon said all those nice things about my tyre removal abilities.

My planned absence has nothing to do with the fact that I've lost my VAR tyre lever. Oh no.
