Weather good, route good. Server at Macdonald's gave us extra free fries, which was nice even if nobody wanted any.
The last few km along the bay were as spiffing as last time, even with the backdrop of threatening grey clouds.
The big Hill With No Name was bigger and steeper than last time. Bog Lane was a lesson for me in MTBing (that's Mountain Bromptoning) I almost had a clipless moment when the recessed cleat on my shoe somehow managed to grab on to my flat pedal.
Cockles and lavabread for breakfast. The heavens opened just as my train pulled out of Swansea.
Thanks to
@theclaud and
@User482 and everybody else.
PS delays going through Newport due to horses on the line.
