I've been delisted. Excommunicated. Erased.

What did I do? Was it the mudguard? I plead unusual circumstances....

sorry. I don't know how I did that. I'll go back over the lists and check them all.

NQDZ! If I may entertain an ignoble suspicion, it's possible that you were fannying about with fonts at the time. Toying with an excursion into Garamond, perhaps, or exercising an ironic flirtation with Comic Sans and then thinking better of it. It's possible that my name simply looked wrong in Palatino, and it had to bite the dust. I can see how these things happen...

Foxed!

It is what happens when you look Back to the Futura...

It's easier to blame it on the mudguard.

especially as it was missing the last bit...

claud... you do know that, for the price of a couple of first class stamps that charming Mr Crud will send you a new 'tail piece' for your rear?

Thanks, Greg, but I'm done with mudguards on that bike. Crud made a commendable design effort, but it isn't meant to be. I'll leave the rear one on until enough chunks of it have been pinged off by stones to render it entirely useless, then I'll consign it to the dustbin. I didn't need the f***ing thing anyway - I had two bone-dry weeks on the road, and the night I arrived back in Swansea was a monsoon - I might just as well as have pedalled in a straight line across the bay...

Andy - my parents started me off in a sidecar strapped to a tandem at the age of six months. Get welding, geezer!
Bit excessive, mate. Darcey still fits in an Ortlieb front roller. If I can find a bottle mount to go alongside, I'll bring her along. No way I'm stopping to feed all the way. ;)

Nice one Andy.

What I am planning to do for the return, is the FNRttC in reverse... no not cycling backwards you weirdos. It's back to London, to Hyde Park Corner....then home.

How the hell are you gonna get the moon back up for your arrival at HPC?

Actually, don't answer that. I imagine it involves a hearty application of pub. I'll jump off if/as we pass near Bromley, or whenever timing dictates I flee.
