to be honest it needs to be a view on a one of the traversable blue lines, not a patch in a piece of grass vaguely near a path you can one

No, that isn't a photo.

When you click on the streetview man, the blue dots show where photos are available (blue lines show regular streetview available). Hover over one, it shows it like above, click on it, the full photo is shown.

I'm actually in the worng park there, a few hundred yards away from the right one, but the principle still applies. It isn't the ones which are shown as a location, it is the ones which are just a photo.

I plead guilty M'lud. I expect to have to serve my time searching Streetview for obscure roads in remote places - which I then intend to ride.

Personally, I don't think having to find individual photos should be necessary - should be visible on the road. Even knowing that photo is there, it's still impossible to find a match!

Too true - cannot find it even though @T4tomo has. Various photos of the bridge and its surroundings come up if you search on it in google maps with the location having a red marker on it it but none seem to match. Closing that search and dragging the streetview figure onto the map does not generate anything in the park to activate.

Edit: Ah - it is there but you have to open the small image and pull it across to see the bridge

Definately not a Streetview picture in the normally accepted sense.
