The low morning sun was at the end of a Friday Night Ride to Brighton earlier this year. This is just below (and facing away from) the turn up onto Devil's Dyke. I'm facing North.
The high ground to the left is a continuation of the S Downs. Maybe Steyning Bostal, I'm not sure.

Indeed it would. It's also far enough from the turbines that they won't always be clearly visible, as indeed they're not in the latest streetview image
