I have been using garmin Connect for a long time now and find it to be very useful.

It has a facility where you can download rides that other people have downloaded onto the site from all over the world. We have used a lot of these all over Europe.

Yes its garmin fit.
I have two garmin devices, a forerunner watch and an edge 800 ... but i do still use the garmin fit app on my phone when these
gps units are not with me.
Such as the occasional time i leave work and decide to do a 30 miler straight off, instead of the usual 1.4 mile commute home.

Its good for filling a gap, but i do still prefer to use the proper gps units.

Indeed, but your screenshot is from Garmin Connect.
Yes but the data came from the app.

As I got a bit lost in the middle of this one, am I right that the data is captured on an Android phone using the Garmin Fit app, then that data is transferred to a PC and displayed, as shown above, using Garmin Connect?
