welsh dragon

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Elasticated trunks for me, feel more comfy and secure. Why not see of @welsh dragon has a spare pair of her old bloomers, you could make a good few pairs out of them?

My bloomers are collectors items I will have you know.

I don't buy cheap ones as they have a high nylon content and feel scratchy. Lycra or cotton ones are nice and snug fitting but flexible enough to be comfy around the waist. I was given some bamboo ones for xmas which are nice, but unfortunately I'll have to lose some xmas flab before I can fit into a Medium again

I've long favoured the baggy cotton ones sold by Gap, who seemed to make a huge variety of patterns. However, since their recent near collapse their offering seems limited in range and of lower quality than I remember.

I won't have any truck with elastic, baggy, legs, or a fly, so I buy what M&S call "slips". I had some with Lycra in because there was nowt else at the time, and they were worn out in no time. Well, they're Lycra, they would do.
M&S is where I've been getting mine from since I can remember. They do the job.
They used to, but each batch is worse than the last, the latest ones fit poorly, with adjacent sizes too big and too small. One lot were too big, but with leg holes too small.

I buy M&S, because despite the decline in quality you can still trust the colours not to run, when I tried some Tesco socks they left black marks over all the other laundry.

Yes, I've heard about those sort of collectors ;)

There used to be adverts in Exchange & Mart that catered for their specialist interests.

Got a lot from Asda years ago and they are still ok. Another lot of elasticated ones from Tesco are taken when away from home. They take up little space so for a couole of weeks I do not need to do washing tho’ a large bag of stuff for washing at home builds up.
Tried Aldi /Lidl but not comfortable as not enough support for vital parts so mostly dumped.

Any make will do, as long as they aren't too tight and low at the waist. Button flies are problematic as getting the buttons undone when one is dying for a pee can prove difficult, so I prefer to pull Percy out the left hand side before pointing him at the porcelain. 🧐
May I add that I seem to know what most shelf stackers wear in the local Tesco. Why you may ask. Well, it's quite simple. You can't miss seeing the 'designer' waistband of their undergarments as they show their bum cleavage when filling the bottom shelf!!xx( :stop:

Come on we know what you wear. 🤣
