Expect a similar scam for Amazon prime when the TG boys are on!
Trust me it's not. It's all movies sports porn and you don't have to pay for box office boxing matches. It's very illegal.

Theft surely. So what offence is committed?
Smokeysmoois right - it's theft rather than fraud. The old s.16 offence under the Theft Act has been abolished. The Fraud Act offences are now slightly different in their construction.
S11 fraud act 2006 Obtain Services Dishonesty, that's what I reckon would be crimed and then charged with. IMO, this is no better than buying a stolen bike.
This is not copyright infringement - it is fraud. Plain and simple.
And copyright infringement is not some 'victimless' crime either. Stop making excuses and being an apologist for criminal behaviour.
I wouldn't support that criminal behaviour and lifestyle as I'm pretty sure it won't be declared to the taxman etc.
As a side note I thought it was legal to put tunes onto an iPod as long as you owned the CD? I'm sure none of us are perfect and do break the occasional rule. Not sure though how we decide which ones are OK and which ones aren't?
