Not sure anyone actually cracked there. Got dropped, yes. Rode in at their own pace, minimising losses? Definitely. Arensman the big loser I guess, but even he was only 1'23" down

Yeah, I think there were some dodgy gaps. With about 2km left the gap opened to more than it was at the end and the two chasers were shown as being 10” behind him.

Three week training block in Italy and pick up the GT win you haven't got yet. It's quite absurd really. I'm starting to worry it won't be tough enough to actually get him in shape for the Tour. It's possible we see some longer solo rides next week, or harder efforts on final climbs if his coaches want more.
