A very small amount of bicarb mixed with a pinch of salt in your bottles is supposedly good if you suffer from cramps.

Cramps are nature's way of telling you to stop trying so hard.

That is true, I'm also a pootling old bloke too, I was only searching about cramps and Bicarb, but discovered that Bicarb was also a "Go faster" supplement too.
