I think the clue is in the word 'pressure'.
A pressure washer in the wrong hands is a dangerous tool -
we had made a bit of a mess of a clients asphalt drive what with mud and stuff so I sent two youngsters over to clean up (give 'em a bit of responsibility, you know = boast their confidence). The lady called me to complain they were carving their names into the asphalt by blowing out the aggregate. I had to re pave the drive as a result. So yes in the wrong hands a pressure washer could bend your spokes.
