For me, I quite easily forget about outdoor leisure riding from around November until typically around March, when daytime temps get to approx 13C+ and dry.

But unusually nice weather last Tuesday and Wednesday when I got out have got me looking for "windows of opportunity" most days since, managed to get out yesterday after the afternoon snooker final 8 frames and I'm trying to get out this afternoon after exhausting myself mentally while simply trying to hook up the Mahle SP1 battery extender that has been sitting around for over a month.

Bring on the long, dry but not too hot sping/summer days!:bicycle:

In previous years I have ridden outside pretty much all year round, but in recent years not to the same degree.
I'm off to Spain for a week at the end of the month, temp won't be outrageous, probably high teens, maybe early 20s if I'm really lucky, but I'm SO looking forward to that, and it's keeping me training on the turbo as a result, hoping to be in reasonable form for it.

I hate to mention this old chap, but I think your bike has collapsed.

You know what it like when you ride past kids and they shout " Hey mister. Your back wheels following your front". All you can think is "What a twxt" as you have heard all the comments a 100 times before. 😁😁
