Hi,
Im kinda new in bike world and im willing to buy my first gravel fixed gear / tracklocross bike with bent aluminium frame (shown on photos). Im really interested, and the price is good forme so the question is, if it’s safe and it will not completely break? Im going to ride it on gravel/forest roads, do you think it can handle that? Im skinny and weigh 68kg if that matters.

Thank you for every answer,
Greetings.

I wouldn't touch it myself. That has had a heavy frontal impact at some time.

Aluminum is qa frame material that you do NOT want to touch if it has been bent. Especially if it is one of the aircraft alloys. These frames cannot be straightened without making the material weaker.

“aircraft alloys”... I love the term. It means that copper has been added to an otherwise standard aluminum grade to make it easier to machine.

OP hasn't returned since their one and only post. Beggars belief why anyone would buy that thing…

Maybe it was cheap. Some people why buy anything if it appears to be a deal

Just look in some people’s closets at their shoe/clothing collections... just tons of new or barely used stuff, there because the price was right.

And we just won’t discuss that vintage roadbike I picked up a while ago...
