There are 2 that come to mind.
One of my rides is (taking the bike in the car) from Mickle Trafford to Parkgate>Hoylake>New Brighton on the Sustrans trail. There is an excellent café (Netts Café).The Ice Cream Farm.......excellent home made ice cream or tea & scones/cake etc.
TBH I tend to take my own snacks but occasionally I push the boat out and spend 2 or 3 quid
