Been to a couple of physios and the hip is fine, perfect movement, its all the surrounding muscles and connective tissue that the problem. That whole area on one side is a real issue for me, and the only person who has been able to do anything is the masseuse, and he was sweating buckets trying to ease it for me.

Oh dear, well that's good at least. Legs uneven lengths?
Think you'll find he was a masseur ;)

Yeah I knew that once posted, but was too lazy to change it.

Legs are both fine, but sometimes one can appear slightly shorter during to pelvis tilting and pulling on my lower back. Truth is, I've made a living out of carrying steel all day every day for 30 years, so you don't do that without picking up some damage along the way.

I'll go back and see my masseur (:okay:) he only does it part time to help his wife out as he is a retained fire fighter but its worth waiting to get an appointment even if he does get onto me for not stretching enough. :tired:

@Slick apologies I can't find the video of my adductor stretch, it is this, a side-lunge:
  • legs slightly apart
  • step sideways far enough to allow a lunge
  • this should straighten the opposite leg on an angle
  • feel a slight pull in the adductor muscle on the inside of the thigh and groin
  • gently pulse to extend the stretch
