this is going to make me sound stupid and like an ass. I was riding down after cycling in the wood and i accidentally undercut a guy i was pulling out then he decided to pull out at the same time i bumped in to the front of his car i saw no damaged i was scared so i ran off stupidly cursed at him he found me again screaming at me and i was scared out of my mind so my brain went defensive but then he showed me a scratch which was on the back door which would have been wrong place for me to have done it so I'm not sure but i think he was trying to unload a scratch on to me but he looked like he was going to punch me so so it could have been me but please help me what should i do i'm really terrified he didn't follow me home but i work where this happened and i get on a buss near where it happened but I'm too poor to pay for the damage i did say i was sorry several times but it didn't help. !PLEASE HELP!

You shouldn't of tried to run away.

PLEASE HELP!

This could have possibly been dealt with and brushed under the carpet at the time of the event if it had been handled correctly.

INSURANCE would have been beneficial, but I doubt you can get it retrospectively, which in turns leaves taking it on the chin.

As you panicked and didn't handle things well you'll just have to chalk it down to experience, learn from it, and move on, but if he pursues it don't let him dictate the costs. Get your own quotes and try to arrange to pay the repairer rather than the 3rd party.

FWIW cosmetic paint repairs are not expensive and when done right are very effective. So if it's just a scratch/dent it can be repaired, even at his home/office to minimise inconvenience, and just from what you've said it won't need any new parts.

I don't know where you are and I haven't seen the damage but you'd be surprised what a MATE of mine can repair for between £30 and £50.

PS: Decent grammer and punctuation generally help you get more responses IMO. FWIW I nearly gave up reading your OP and suspect others will too, just sayin' ;)

Man up and go all Schwarzenegger on his ass.

And learn to ride your bike, don't run off if you have a collision, learn how to behave as an adult, and generally grow some stones.

And? The number of teens in court round here for assaulting anyone who looks cross eyes at them would suggest that doesn't represent an impediment to taking care of oneself. I was in the Army serving in Germany when I was 18, single handedly putting the frighteners on the Red Army.

Well aren't you special
My point is if it's an adult then I wouldn't even bother replying it's that daft but sometimes kids do daft things and panic in which case I'd have a bit of sympathy. Not sure how you equate having a nudge with a car to filling someone in for looking at you funny.
