Had a great ride in...

...had a slight tail wind, legs felt really fresh and strong, sun was out, only had to stop at one set of lights and had a chat with a bloke in the car next to me (I was turning left, him right) about my new Mars3 rear light. Got close to my PB of 26mins for my 8 miles.

All in all a really enjoyable ride.

All my commutes for the last couple of months have been pretty good. I haven't had an incident of any note for quite a while now. Probably wasted my money on the new camera...;)

The weather at the moment is perfect for cycling. Little wind, nice and cool. Really enjoying it at the moment!:bicycle:

Wow, thats pretty good, what kinda bike is that on? Can only manage 27 minutes on a 7 mile commute but that is on a full sus that I can't lockout regardless of the 70000 psi in the rear shock. Cyclescheme is going to be available come November so weighing up the options at the moment.

Thanks, I think it was more down to the fact that the traffic lights were in my favour. I've only got 3 sets but they are at major junctions and the phasing is pretty long if you get stopped at them.

I've got a Trek 7.3. I think they class it as a flat-bar road bike/fitness bike. Either way its a good ride well kitted out for the money and I can get full guards and a rack on it.
