Don't look too bad. i bet its one of them 'boil in the bag' jackets that keep you so warm that you start to get to hot.
But for short trips and commuting a bit, i bet it'll be fine, but warm

I bought one of those for £35 It was great.Not too sweaty ,comfortable to wear and very high vis.If it had been waterproof as well I would have been very happy.I couldnt have got wetter if I had left it at home
In fairness to Halfords I had a refund without any argument then I added another £10 to my budget and got an Endura Gridlock from Tredz which is very good,I tested it within 5 minutes of purchase in torrential rain shower on the 8 mile ride home from Tredz Cardiff shop (bone dry).

It would be a false economy to just buy one because I've got vouchers. Maybe I'll wait, or maybe I'll just use them for new windscreen wipers for the car.
