I've been in there a little recently, buying tools to service the semi-cartridge bottom bracket on my Giant Expression N3. They probably noticed me when there was no-one around to open the locked cabinet and the loud muzak was getting on my nerves.
Putting it back together I realised I needed a bottom bracket lockring spanner, something they don't stock.
Totally unprompted, Dave offered to lend me the workshop spanner. Just like that. No need for my name and address or a deposit.
