Following the WHO report implicating cured meats on particular and red meats in general as a cause of Colo-rectal cancer, plus Alcohol in general not being a 'good thing', how is your carcinogen consumption today?

I'm scoring very badly ....

I managed to get through yesterday without raiding the fridge for bacon, salami or beer. At least 2 of those are not going to last 48 hours.

Rather worryingly I've had some rather tasty salami and ham at Manchester Airport. I had a V&T with it and now I'm on the wine at Amsterdam Airport. There is precious little in the way of processed meats here in the lounge. Maybe that's why the Dutch always look so damn healthy

Same here .... Bacon cheese and egg roll at T5 BA lounge, 2 glasses Chablis, double scotch on the plane, small bottle of red wine with my smoked Mackeral salad lunch, beer at St Petersburh airport with a little bacon in my shrimp kebab. On plane to Kalimingrad now. Gonna need a beer when I get to the hotel .... It's been a risky day!

Airport food is largely terminal.

I love processed meats, in the form of salami, chorizo, bacon and pork pies. I eat them occasionally, say once every two weeks. I don't see them killing me, unless a pallet of pies falls on my head should I visit a pie factory.
I also smoke a bit and drink a bit. I am also fitter than most of my friends (physically, but probably not in the phwooar sense. Though god knows, some of them are ugly bastards).

I'm going all in........found some rather good meatballs in the Schipol lounge. Hong Kong next...then Xi'an...which is the home of barbequed lamb skewers in China. I'll be lucky to make it back alive
