Headset help !!

My frame's a 2007 carbon, it has a 1 1/8 headset.

In the photo the headset ends at the flat plate on the top of the frame, and the things between there and the stem are spacers.

You frame being newer might need a tapered headset, if you're not sure it's best that you get a shop to look at it.

I know it's a 1 1/8th and have taken advice from the forum that it's 45/45 (whatever that is) .... So was going to order and send it back if it wasn't right ... So confusing ... All I want is a decent white headset
