How are you all?

Once again I have been a bit absent. Fell off my bike in October, leg still sore, soft tissue they say, takes a while to heal.

Not been out on the bike much, since , but intend to get back into it again.

You've all probably forgotton about me anyway

Hi Jane, welcome back. Injuries such as that are part and parcel of (my?) cycling. I usually come a cropper when wearing a brand new jersey.

Soft tissue damage can hurt for ages. I trashed a motorbike at a rediculously slow speed and hurt for the next five months or so. You'll be fit and raring to go by March
