hello people, just stumbled upon this great site,

currently only peddle 15 mile a day, and booked in to do the coast to coast in may this year, so i need to get out a hell of a lot more time on my bike like. Whitehaven to tynemouth should be a canny challenge like.

hi and you will get great advice and tips we are a friendly bunch mostly have done c2c a few times but to Sunderland once over 5 days with g/f and over three days with a couple of mates its a great trip just pack light and low gears and get the miles in great info on here.... plus http://c2c.freeforums.org/

Alreet AB. I'm just down the road from Sunderland in Costa del shields. How many days you doing the c2c in?
