It's my in two days time so +1, when I'm out on the bike I sometimes reflect back those 15+ years since the last time I cycled and wonder how things would be now if i hadn't jacked it all in - but hey I like a challenge

Carlisle - not too far away then - I'm pretty sure I did the odd Time Trial in that area way back.

This time of year the can sometimes scupper my plans as I don't have much in the way of suitable cycling clothing, but I'm working on it.

Many a sunday road run from Lancaster would end up somewhere in the Lakes.

Used to throw the MTB's in the car and drive up there to ride many of the off road circuits with some of my old work mates too.
