Helmet Light - Joystick

I’m thinking of getting an Exposure Joystick as a supplemental helmet light to my Lupine, mainly for occasional use on unfamiliar terrain etc. I’ve seen the Mk.5 at around £120 and the Mk.6 at £150. So a couple of questions. Are the extra 25 lumens worth £30 and what are the other differences?

Any experiences, good or bad.

Also any alternatives? Needs to be compact (ie all in one, no leads to battery packs), light but robust enough to survive the inevitable tumble.

Fantastic lights, I've a 2-year old model and love it.

I wouldn't say that the extra 25 lumens is worth it but I think there have been some other changes too.

I've just bought one, I got it from Myspokes which is doing a deal on them. (http://www.myspokes.co.uk/exposure-joystick-mk-5) I took the whiteeye light with it for £155 so thats and extra 55 lumens.

If it's only living on the helmet I would use an actual head torch mounted with shock cord and cord locks.
