It had a crosstrail.. It was like riding with concrete wheels. Sold itI wouldn't choose a Crosstrail over a Sirrus for roads - heavier, energy sapping with suspension

Personally I wouldn't pay £749 for any bike that doesn't have a carbon fork
And it's black. And it's got knobbly tyres so it's not a fast flat bar road bike in my book
Spec looks ok otherwise
Would SRAM work for you?
This is called a Triple? http://www.cyclesurgery.com/giant-r...r/bikes-components-bikewear/fcp-product/46528
I don't know what this gearing stuff means, sorry
how did it go?I'll give them a go and see, how many do you reckon.. 10 or 20 per leg.![]()
how did it go?
great news budglad its helping. try it with weights next
That will also help with keeping your upper body toned and over time will help with bone density
Yep.. great tip.
What sort of weights should be best. 2kilo each side perhaps..![]()
Well, I would say something heavy enough so you dont struggle too much holding it while you are doing the squats.
I would say maybe 6 kilo in each hand for starters. Depends how strong your arms/forearms are and what your legs can take.
Since you can comfortably do 20 reps on each leg several times a day, you want to significantly increase the weight or change technique so you max out at around 10.
