help to ID parts

need these parts replacing, not got a clue what i need to get. any help please..
the ammount for movement on the rear is about 1 1/2 inch either way so i guess they are worn and need replacing

There's something very odd going on there. The main suspension pivots appears to be lower than the bottom bracket, which can't be very good for pedalling; and you've either forgot about the bushes by the bottom bracket or they're not there?

You just need to ask for a bearing/bushes kit for whatever make of bike this is. (Most of the bikes i've had in the past this kit has been the best part of £20-£50 and you might well require special bearing presses)
