If someone, a fellow cyclist, knocked my three week old bike over and dinged the top tube why did they leave without a word? Life isn't fair.

There's never no one watching (well there probably is but you get the idea), I would want someone to fess up to breaking my car- so would naturally do it for someone else.

Last time I was clipped by a wing mirror I was going nowhere, I was on the floor waiting for the ambulance.
