I've booked a flight to Austria to see a friend in late August, we're planning a little cycle along the Danube.
Booked a package tour to Senegal for a week in mid November for some winter r&r
Think that's it for 2026 with 5 holidays planned!

Thanks! My friend lives in Upper Austria and I think we will just ride from Melk through the Wachau. All TBC but I have booked my flight! It'll be the first week of Sept

Week-End in London early March mainly to see the Hold Steady at the Electric Ballroom on the Friday and Saturday nights.

Otherwise probably a couple of last minute camping trips.

Just got back from 4 nights in Iceland.
Amazing place, so much to see.
But it is expensive.
Northern Lights was an absolute highlight. We got very lucky with clear skies and strong electrical activity. The photographs make it look better than it was, but even with the naked eye it was majestic and filled the whole sky, just more green grey than bright green.
