Are all Hollowtech II bottom brackets equivalent, assuming they are for same diameter hole?

My Hollowtech II is a bit noisy, so I intend to clean and re-grease it to see it helps but contemplating a new one if that fails to sort it out.

Yes, as long as the width matches your current one (68mm presumably) you should be OK.
I've just replaced one on my road bike, as it was less than £20 for a new one.
