Homemade Roller Frame Anyone?

I don't understand what's different apart from they look even harder to use than regular rollers? It's like putting a turbo on a trampoline.

I ditched rollers many many years ago - couldn't hack concentrating staying on the roller in a full out interval....let the turbo do that...then got bored quick....where is the road.....................
