How are you supposed to eat coconut?

Won't be sticky enough, bounty was always sticky and sickly sweet.

Should have used condensed milk with extra sugar.

For me it's dark rum in fruit punches (memories of sailing on a catermeran up the coast of St Lucia on Lu's 40th) and white rum in coconut or lime based drinks (as in splammed out on oversized bean bags on a white sand beach in Thailand).

I like equal measures of each with pineapple juice and a bit of fizz . Oh and lots of crushed ice. Dollar mai tai as they were back in 2000 in Hawaii . The coconut I can take or leave .

Liquidize it, add cream, pineapple juice and ice, and ENJOY!
