wasn't it all the rage back in henry the 8ths day? codpieces that is. sign of masculinity so naturally being the king he had to have a HUGE codpiece.

did you know btw henry had a specialy fitted suit of armour made for EVERY competition he ever entered. in his youth he loved to fight and happily beat the living daylights out of all comers. the suits were so well made that no one but henry himself could wear them, the best ones didn't have ANY gaps in them and took ages to get on and off again.

not just an old fat bloke was our henry 8.
