Apparently I had a reputation on C+ for being 'full of wrath' or something. So then I turned up on Bike Radar and someone (comet_girl I think it was) posts this 'fact' so I decided to leave pronto.

Was an ex- C+'er who hated the change to Bike Radar and took a day or two to work out where everyone was jumping ship too.

I suspect that the first few hundred members will have been C+ exiles and gradually the forum seems to have been building up its presence/reputation. We'll have 10,000 members soon I reckon.

I suspect it was more than a few hundred that joined in that July/Aug - my ID no is in the two thousands and I joined in July.

Been off to check .. User joined on the 5th Jul as number 1465, by the end of July we are upto number 2161 and by the end of August 2396. Now even if all those numbered weren't used in the end (failed registrations etc) there were a large number joined at that point. (Sad person that I am to go and look up that)
