If you can do that you will find it a breeze and not have to bother with cables, drivers, software/hardware etc. If it is just a single photo then I just attach it on an email message from my phone and send it straight to the recipient's PC. If I want to faff about with the photos first, I will just do the same but send them to my own PC where I can crop, enhance etc at will. There is a limit on my phone as to the size of attachment I can email and for me it is 2 photos-worth. Good luck.

To send a photo to another phone, just create a new message and attach the image.
