How do you find a baddie in the directory?

Yeah, you should be able to run it any time you want.

Obvious question - Have you tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it again from the downloaded setup file?.

A thousand apologies, I thought this thread had died, yep tried reinstalling it, same result. Anybody else got any ideas. The computer is working fine with no glitches apart from not being able to do any instant scans, not on AVG either. Could they be sort of cancelling each other out?
