I googled it up. Apparantly “干菜” means dried vegetables whereas “干” is slang for f**k as in “干他的” screw him.

This is one of the cleaner ones but I laughed out load at the sign in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Dept towards the bottom of this page. Will this be the result of NHS budget cuts and dumbing down here in the UK too?

Put imam beyildi on your to do list. The name of the dish translates as "the imam fainted" - it's not clear if this was because the dish was so delicious or because he was so shocked at the cost of the ingredients.
