Oats and other corns should be split/rolled/whatever and then eaten cold. Once you cook the starch the consistency changes and you suddenly have a bowl of the Devil's Nose Droppings.I've noticed porridge mentioned a few times, and wondered what recipe people use?.
So my grains are mixed with seeds, nuts, oddities like linseeds and psyllium seeds, dried barberries etc .... and eaten with enjoyment.
