How early are you out

Commutes are Mon-Fri 05:30 start year round.
On a Sunday I will try to get out before 7am.
nice quiet roads because all the Idiot boy racer drivers are still in bed sleeping off their Saturday night revelries.....

For some reason it takes me the best part of an hour to get out on a Saturday morning, no matter how careful I am about getting stuff ready. I did well yesterday and was out by 6:20, but that was from a 5:30 alarm. I just can't hurry on a non-work morning. And I need to drink my coffee, and make a giant flask of tea for my wife (as she makes my coffee on work mornings)

New earliest start for me today. Was unable to head out yesterday due to the rain early morning and the cricket taking place for the rest of the day. Went to bed early at 9pm, up at 4:47 and out for 5:07. A personal best 1 hour 57 for 30 miles which included a 2 minute stop at half way.

Was pleasantly surprised the roads on the way home were still very quiet. Might do a few more pre work rides whilst the morning are still light. Nothing like zipping around the countryide with the roads to myself.
