It's a bit more complicated than that...
I've polished off most of a portion of sauerkraut that had roughly the same meat content. The trick is to try it at the end of a long week's riding during which you've eaten quite light meals.

What Potsy said. Mushrooms are filthy muck that taste of old beer mats soaked in engine oil, anyone who likes mushrooms is probably a sexual deviant shoplifting wrong 'un.

Doesn't look like there's an ounce of fat on her. I would suggest she does the 500 calorie diet all week/s before hand BUT that would shrink her stomach. So must being doing it after..........for the rest of the year.
Daughter won a barrel of beer in a chilli eating contest while in New Zealand. She likes neither so not sure why she entered. Then you could say that about the skinny short arse monster breakfast eater!

Have you ever noticed in supermarkets overweight people with loads of diet food + the usual high calorie snacks?

I was of the thinking that all this low cal stuff simply bloats up the stomach whilst creating a big appetite for actual real food.

So, eat diet food, and get get a bigger stomach for more ?
I'm wrong there though, the challenge was likely just a headline catcher which only got the punters in when it made headlines.
