Apolgies for yet another of my "piece of string" questions but my right foot pulled out of the M520's a couple of times last Week.
I still have the pedal resistance set to minimum from when I first went clipless and had never tightened them as I never felt the need.
Anyway, I've wound the adjustment screws 180 degrees and had no problems since, do I just keep tightening these down down when my feet pull out or should I think about changing the cleats?
I've done very little walking in them so far (furiously clutches plank of wood and refuses to let go.....)
