5 - 120 mins depending on where my wife has hidden my cycling clothes that day.

Once or twice, got ready, take my bike out of the garage, then a few miles down the road, can't remember if I locked the garage or not.
So had to go back and check!

1 hour, cup of tea, Ablutions. moisturiser on parts of body , choose kit, choose sunglasses and clean, make sure headcam positioned correctly and charged ,set strava for ride, mix lemon juice and water for bottle, bike out of garage, check tyre pressures, and quick clean of frame, back after 5 mins if it rains:angry:

This is something I get a load of comments about from my missus. Whenever I'm due to go out for a long ride, I suddenly activate "geriatric mode" whereby I just potter around aimlessly, mumbling to myself, stood staring into space. So, I'd say it takes me a good 25 minutes faffing around before I'm on the saddle.

Rides < 30 miles are no problem. Clothes on and out - 2 minutes.

Forever and a day. Maybe more if I can't find my keys!

No more than 30 mins, provided that I have my route notes already written out. I tend to study the map and write out my route notes the night previous. It is then a quick job just to grab my p*uncture repair stuff, multitool and cards / money / phone and stuff them in my bum bag, fill my bottles and out to the garage. Then a quick tyre pressure check / inflate then off I go. I then stop at the local shop to pick up some haribo / flapjacks and then on my way proper.

Depends where I'm going, 5 minutes or less for a non-commute ride, all I have to remember, is phone, wallet, keys. The rest is already attached the the frame of the bike.

For my commute I also have to remember, laptop, lunch, change of clothes, where i put my bag, where my, wallet, phone and keys are. Then I have to go back for my phone. So around 10 minutes usually.

Also helped by the fact that I don't generally wear cycling specific clothing, just what I happen to have on.

Early start: 2 hours. I don't care how early the start is, or how late I went to sleep the night before. I like to have my porridge and get well on with digesting it before riding. It also gives plenty of time for making my DIY sports drink, checking my bike etc.

I went to bed at 02:00 on Saturday morning, and got to sleep at 02:30. I got up at 07:00 to get ready and met Littgull at 09:00 for my lift to the meeting point.

Afternoon or evening ride: Assuming that I have not just eaten, I could normally be ready in 10 minutes as long as I were not in the middle of doing something important but I don't like to rush about so I prefer to get at least 30 minutes notice, and ideally an hour or more. With modern phone and internet technology, there is no need to suddenly turn up at someone's door unannounced and expected them to run about getting ready in a hurry!

If we are merely talking about deciding to ride, getting ready, and riding: 10 minutes.
