Hurrah, my Defy arrived yesterday. Took a bit of tweaking to get it going (delivered in a box, so not ready to ride) but loving it so far!

I got my voucher from HR Dept in around a week

In my experience it was the bike shop that fecked up and basically had my bike sat there for days but didn't ring me

In all from start to finish from the application going in to the bike being in my garage took 3 weeks
