I've done 50 mile Sportives, rode an Audax in February, commute to work on one almost every day (even during the snows, although shouldn't have), did 60 miles including the Welsh Black Mountains for fun a few weeks ago.
Am I the most serious cyclist here with just the one bike?

Can't believe for the life of me, though, that you don't have a n+lots list.
I had 4 and my wife had 3, but when we moved into the flat in Edinburgh it became apparent that I could not fit all the 7 bikes into a top floor flat. So, 3 were sold and we am left with 2 bikes each; commuter / winter bike and a best bike each. I have considered adding bikes, but we are moving back to Edinburgh next spring.

I was just thinking about this today, I could probably manage fine without the last two and hence cut down to three by selling them. It never seems worth it to me though, once you own a bike, second-hand values are low and the hassle of selling is high so you may as well keep it.
