I like to think that I'm in touch with my feminie side and use all the gear, but I haven't found a use for a bra as a piece of cycle clothing yet.

Ear muffs?

When you've got chesticles the size of mine, sweetie, an overshoulderboulderholder is an essential bit of kit for everyday life! ;)

Went out on Wednesday and had to go into the freezing fog. Wasnt too bad, i had a thin jersey on, Altura coat, Endura baggy trousers, and a Buff which i ended up putting in the balaclava position to keep me warm. I had normal long sleeve gloves on, with liner gloves under, and they were freezing. But the rest of me was nice and warm. I had frost/ice on the bottoms of my trousers and my legs were still nice and warm. Ice on helmet, and my head was nice and warm. My toes did start getting cold after about an hour though.
So all i needed were some better gloves and some warmer socks/shoes.

4 degrees here today - wore 2 pairs of socks, 3/4 bibs, 1 base layer with S/S top, no head warming gear. Fantastic ride, warm as toast! ;)

As I left Linlithgow tonight, I was starting to worry whether I would freeze. I could feel the cold wind through my jacket. The freezing fog was down and I was a little nervous. But, the nice little hill out of Linlithgow warmed me up nicely. The fog was thick and I was starting to worry about whether I would be seen from behind. In the end, it was one of my most safe rides home. Cars passed with lots of space and I felt that drivers were driving more carefully and cautiously, giving me space and consideration. Not a bad ride home. I was warm, but a little damp when I got into Edinburgh.

That statement puts you under a sort of moral obligation to get yourself over to the Girls In Lycra thread and provide some sort of evidence.

(Where's a smiley with its tongue hanging out when you need one?)
