No cycle commuting for me, and a dislike of cycling in the rain or into the wind means my weekly mileage varies from zero to lots. I aim for 4000 miles per year, but try to do most of it in the summer. Still got 350 to do to reach this years target. 350 miles in December is highly unlikely to happen!

According to Strava in the last 4 weeks I have averaged 143 miles per week in 7h 36m. That is commuting 16 to 18 miles a day with a longer weekend ride wife permitting.:whistle:

As a relative newbie here, I probably don't do that many miles compared to most of you.
My average ride is 10 miles per day and I go out 4 times a week on average.
Just done my first 15 miles in one ride but had to skip going out today as I was too sore.

I don't think it matters how many miles you do, as long as you enjoy it, and I do

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Target is 5000 miles a year, or average over 100 miles a week. Don't think I'll quite make it this year - still over 700 to go*. If the weather is OK (no ice) I might get near - about 100 a week at this time of year - that's roughly another 450 or so.
* had a couple of bike free weeks away from home this year.

40 miles a week commute. About 60 miles riding for fun in the summer (1weekend,1evening ride)
Bit more in the school holidays.
30-40 miles commuting in winter plus 30ish mile weekend ride if the weather is ok.
Just got a turbo trainer to try to keep my fitness (such as it is) up over winter. We'll see how that goes - it's not much fun!

currently i cycle around 50 to 70 miles a week, depending on how many times i cycle to work. I miss my old long commutes, i used to do 50 a day but my job moved. I don't get to go out at weekends much i have now acquired a dog and i like to spend as much time as i can with her at weekends bcoz she gets left alone a lot in the week.

Usually 100 to 120 miles a week commuting. Problems the last year limited me to just 3 rides of 50 miles and maybe one other ride at weekend. Poor year for me, but I hope to crack 4000 by the end of the year. Next year hope to be back riding at weekends, as the commute is to keep fitness up.

I've done less this year due to operations and recovery. My total so far is 2759.946,with January being the lowest miles cycled at 113.546,and July being the highest amount at 480.928. July was not only the highest due to the better more appealing weather, but also due to the fact that i did many miles on my holiday in flat Norfolk! Which goes to show that comparing how many miles you've done with other cyclists doesn't make you a better or worse cyclist because you've done more,or less than someone else,as the terrain decides your total miles, not your cycling ability! IMO.
