The only thing that seems to affect My journey times are the wind (the weather, not my arse.) Otherwise the passing of the seasons makes no difference.

I pedal faster in the winter but cover no distance at all.
It is minus 27 including wind chill today and only a nutter (or maybe a nut(ter)less) would go out in than.
Turbo for me.

30mph winds today. Have not been on bike for 3 weeks now because of the weather. Roll on spring! I really think winter slows you down because there is less going out and more wind too.

Been in Mallorca for a few days and the extra few degrees do make a difference , particularly on the knee fluids and the general psyche ....

I was out yesterday, early evening, and I only put on one pair of socks, no base layers and thinner gloves. It was so much easier to cycle!
