That said, I can think of times when that would have been higher. Life just suits me well at the moment.

7 - I'm far more relaxed since I dumped the car and use the cycle/bus/train.

It would have been even less if the ******* cat didn't wake me up at 5am to go out every morning.

I am in a job I hate and may just leave and take any temp job I can find. There are a lot of temp warehouse jobs due to Christmas being advertised near me at the moment which are looking very attractive compared to my current job.

And I put it down to taking up cycling again, it has certainly helped my depression!
