how to avoid brain freeze?

I look like a knob in my helmet, so wearing a skull cap underneath it makes no difference, I still look like one. Just don't look in a mirror. Problem solved.

been naughty and not been out lately, but i did this morning, bought a cheap nevica scuff and used that.... didnt look that sexy, but it did the job

A standard buff worn over my ears and round neck is warm enough for me, though I try to avoid going out if it's freezing or below!

Well ive just been out for a quick cycle about, and im finding my head is getting really cold..... but if i wear a beanie under my brain bucket i look a knob.

How does everyone else keep their heads warm?

I went out today.Very cold.Wore my freebie Buff as a balaclava head and ears toastie.
